taste: This is some cheesy goodness!! The flavors of the creme sauce mixed in with the spinach and shrimp is to die for. This dish served in a hot cast iron bowl is topped off with the most delicious (not too salty) layer of lightly browned cheese (gratin)! Who doesn't love cheese? yum! I couldn't imagine this dish paired with any other noodle than those gigantic rigatoni!
thoughts: I order this every time we decide to dine at Capriciossa. I would say this dish is enough for two with a side of garlic toast - but that is completely up to your appetite I guess!
